Fluke Process Meter Repair

Fluke process meters, also known as process calibrators or multifunction process meters, are versatile instruments designed for calibrating, measuring, and troubleshooting process instrumentation and control systems in industrial environments. These meters combine the functionality of a digital multimeter (DMM) with additional features tailored for process control applications. Here are some key Fluke process meter products and their functionalities:
  1. Fluke 787 ProcessMeter™:
    • Functionality: Multifunction process calibrator and DMM.
    • Features: Measures and sources mA signals, measures volts, ohms, and frequency. Includes built-in troubleshooting tools such as Min/Max/Average recording, as well as the ability to simulate and measure thermocouples and RTDs (Resistance Temperature Detectors).
    • Applications: Used for calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of process control instrumentation and systems in industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, and chemical processing.
  2. Fluke 789 ProcessMeter™:
    • Functionality: Enhanced version of the Fluke 787 with additional capabilities.
    • Features: Includes all functions of the Fluke 787 with added features like HART communication for configuring and calibrating HART-enabled instrumentation. Offers integrated temperature measurement and logging capabilities.
    • Applications: Ideal for technicians and engineers working with process instrumentation requiring HART communication, precise measurement, and calibration of temperature sensors.
  3. Fluke 725 Multifunction Process Calibrator:
    • Functionality: Standalone process calibrator with DMM functions.
    • Features: Measures and sources mA signals, measures volts, ohms, frequency, and pressure (with optional pressure modules). Provides simultaneous source and measure capabilities for efficient loop testing and calibration.
    • Applications: Used for field calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process instruments, transmitters, and control loops in industrial automation and control systems.
  4. Fluke 726 Precision Multifunction Process Calibrator:
    • Functionality: High-accuracy process calibrator and DMM.
    • Features: Offers enhanced accuracy and resolution compared to standard process calibrators. Includes advanced sourcing and measurement capabilities for precise calibration of pressure, temperature, and electrical signals.
    • Applications: Suitable for calibration laboratories and critical process control applications where high accuracy and reliability are required.
  5. Fluke 754 Documenting Process Calibrator:
    • Functionality: Advanced process calibrator with documenting capabilities.
    • Features: Combines process calibration functions with documenting capabilities for recording and documenting calibration results. Offers HART communication, automated procedures, and data logging.

2 reviews for Fluke 754 Process Calibrator Repair

  1. Arron Placer

Our Fluke 754 meter connectors were becoming loose, resulting in intermittent readings. Sent in for repair and they replaced all of the connectors and the results are very consistent readings as needed.

  2. Charles Dalton

Our Fluke 754 stopped turning on. Purchased a new battery, but same problem occurred. Sent in for evaluation and received a quote the very same day, and we proceeded with the repair and calibration. Received our meter back in working order and with calibration certs. Great job Kyle.
