Description
Fluke OmniScanner Cable Analyzer Calibration and Repair
The Fluke Networks OmniScanner is a copper cable analyzer/certifier that certifies twisted-pair cabling (wiremap, length, NEXT, attenuation, return loss) for installers certifying network cabling, with fiber capability via adapters. As a field-carried certification instrument with a paired main and remote unit, its faults concentrate in the test ports/adapters, the measurement engine, the display, and the battery.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates the Fluke OmniScanner for cabling installers and network test teams.
Common Fluke OmniScanner problems we fix
- Certification-measurement faults — NEXT, attenuation, or return-loss measurement drift, recalibrated against standards.
- Test-port / adapter faults — worn or damaged ports or link adapters degrading results, repaired.
- Main/remote pairing faults — the units not communicating, repaired.
- Display or interface faults — repaired.
- Won’t power on or hold a charge — battery/power faults (send both units).
