Description
Fluke 754 Documenting Process Calibrator Calibration and Repair
The Fluke 754 is a documenting process calibrator with HART communication — it sources and measures the full range of process signals (mA, voltage, RTD, thermocouple, frequency, ohms, pressure via a module) plus communicates HART, and documents procedures and results, to calibrate and configure process instruments. Its accuracy depends on the multiple source/measure circuits, the references, the HART interface, and the documenting system, which is where service and calibration focus.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates the Fluke 754 for process and instrument-calibration technicians.
Common Fluke 754 problems we fix
- A source/measure function out of spec — mA, RTD, thermocouple, voltage, or frequency drifting, recalibrated against standards.
- HART-communication faults — the HART interface not communicating with transmitters, repaired.
- A function dead — an input/output path failed, often after a miswire, repaired.
- Documenting / memory faults — stored procedures or results not working, repaired.
- Display, terminal, or battery faults.
FAQs
My 754 HART or a function is off — fixable? Yes. Source/measure and HART faults are repairable, then every function is recalibrated so it calibrates and configures your instruments accurately, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Are all functions verified? Yes — each source/measure function is checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or request service.
