The Fluke 378 is a true-RMS clamp meter with an included iFlex probe and field-power (current/voltage phase) measurement, for motor and power troubleshooting. Its accuracy depends on the clamp jaw/current sensor (and any flexible probe) and the measurement circuitry, which is where repair and calibration focus.
