Description
Fluke 750 Pressure Module Repair
The Fluke 750-series pressure module is a plug-in precision pressure sensor — it connects to a Fluke documenting process calibrator (such as the 753/754) to add an accurate pressure-measurement range, including differential and gauge types. Its accuracy lives entirely in the sensor element and the module’s measurement/interface electronics, which is where service and calibration focus.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates Fluke 750-series pressure modules for process and instrument-calibration technicians.
Common Fluke 750 pressure module problems we fix
- Differential / pressure-measurement drift — the module reading pressure out of spec, recalibrated against standards.
- Over-pressure damage — sensor damage from an over-range event, assessed and repaired.
- Connector / interface faults — the module not communicating with the host calibrator, repaired.
- Pneumatic-fitting / leak faults — leaks that affect the reading, repaired.
- Reading unstable — measurement-circuit faults, repaired.
FAQs
My 750 module reads pressure wrong or won’t connect — fixable? Yes. Sensor and interface faults are repairable, then the module is recalibrated so it reads accurately on your calibrator, with a NIST-traceable certificate. Send the module (and the host unit if the fault may be there).
Is the full range verified? Yes — checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or request service.

Our Fluke 750 pressure module connector was crushed. Found June Company to repair and calibrate our Fluke pressure module. They did a great job with the repair and the ISO calibration.
