Description
Fluke 190-504/S ScopeMeter Repair
The Fluke 190-504/S is a rugged, isolated handheld ScopeMeter — a 500 MHz four-channel portable scope (190 II series; the /S adds the SCC accessory kit), the top of the line, with independently floating, isolated inputs for demanding field troubleshooting on power, motor-drive, and electronic systems. As a field-carried instrument, its faults concentrate in the isolated input front-ends, the display, and the battery/power section.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates the Fluke 190-504/S for industrial maintenance and field-service teams.
Common Fluke 190-504/S problems we fix
- Bus-health / measurement faults — those functions not measuring correctly across the four channels, repaired and recalibrated.
- A channel dead, noisy, or inaccurate — isolated front-end damage from an over-range input, repaired.
- Bandwidth / response faults — degraded high-frequency response, corrected.
- Won’t power on or hold a charge — battery and power faults, serviced.
- Display or connector faults.
FAQs
My 190-504/S has a weak channel or lost bandwidth — fixable? Yes. Isolated-input and response faults are repairable, then the channels are recalibrated so measurements and full bandwidth are restored, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Are all four channels recalibrated? Yes — each channel is checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or request service.

We have a Fluke scopemeter that was dropped and the display was damaged. June Company did a stellar job repairing our scopemeter as the process was very easy. We received our scopemeter within the same week. Great job to you Jason.
