Fluke CertiFiber Pro Calibration and Repair
The Fluke Networks CertiFiber Pro is an optical loss test set (OLTS, Versiv platform) — it certifies fiber cabling by measuring optical loss and length at multiple wavelengths (with a paired source and meter) to standard, for installers certifying fiber networks. As a field-carried optical instrument, its faults concentrate in the optical source and detector, the optical connectors/ports, the touchscreen, and the battery.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates the Fluke CertiFiber Pro for fiber installers and network test teams.
Common Fluke CertiFiber Pro problems we fix
- Loss-measurement drift — optical-loss measurement drifting, recalibrated against optical standards.
- Source / detector faults — the source or meter not reading at correct power/wavelength, repaired.
- Adapter / port wear — worn or contaminated optical adapters/ports degrading measurement, serviced.
- Touchscreen faults — an unresponsive or cracked touchscreen, repaired.
- Won’t power on or hold a charge — battery/power faults.
FAQs
My CertiFiber Pro loss results are off — fixable? Yes. Optical, adapter, and display faults are repairable and recalibrated so fiber certification is accurate, with documented results. (Send both units if it’s a paired set.)
Is the optical reference verified? Yes — power and wavelength are checked against our optical standards.
Every repair includes calibration verification and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or request service.
