Description
Fluke 437 Power Quality Analyzer Repair
The Fluke 437 is a three-phase power quality and energy analyzer — a 400 Hz-capable instrument (for aerospace/military and standard 50/60 Hz systems) that measures voltage, current, power, harmonics, and PQ events across all phases (with current probes) to IEC 61000-4-30 Class A. Its accuracy depends on the voltage and current measurement inputs, so that’s where service and calibration focus.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates the Fluke 437 for power-quality, utility, and aerospace/defense teams.
Common Fluke 437 problems we fix
- Input-protection restoration — protection damaged after an over-range input, repaired.
- ADC / acquisition board repair — acquisition faults skewing measurements, restored.
- Probe-interface faults — a current probe or input not reading correctly, repaired.
- Readings out of spec — measurement-circuit drift, recalibrated against standards.
- Battery, power, or display faults.
FAQs
One phase isn’t reading on my 437 — fixable? Yes. Input-protection, ADC, and probe faults are repairable, then all inputs are recalibrated so power, harmonics, and PQ measurements (50/60/400 Hz) are accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Are the current inputs verified? Yes — checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or request service.

Our Fluke 437 meter was dropped and was dead after that. Tried a new battery and charged the meter and the charger burned up. Figured that was enough to send in for repair. June Company was very quick on the repair quote and the repair too. Excellent job.
