Description
Fluke 718-300G Pressure Calibrator Repair
The Fluke 718-300G is a pressure calibrator with a built-in pump — it generates pressure/vacuum with an integral pump (300 psi/g range), measures pressure with an internal sensor plus the mA loop signal, and supplies loop power, to calibrate pressure transmitters in the field. Its precision lives in the pump, the internal pressure sensor, and the mA circuit.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates the Fluke 718-300G for process and instrument-calibration technicians.
Common Fluke 718-300G problems we fix
- Pressure-measurement / psi-accuracy faults — the internal sensor drifting, recalibrated against standards.
- Pump / pressure-hold faults — a worn pump or seals that stop it generating or holding pressure, serviced.
- mA source/measure faults — the loop measurement or source drifting, recalibrated.
- Over-pressure damage — sensor damage from an over-range event, assessed and repaired.
- Display or battery faults.
FAQs
My 718-300G won’t build or hold pressure — fixable? Yes. Pump and sensor faults are repairable and recalibrated against our reference standards so pressure and mA are accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Is the full range verified? Yes — pressure and mA are checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or request service.
