Description
Fluke 718 Pressure Calibrator Repair
The Fluke 718 is a pressure calibrator with a built-in pump — it generates pressure/vacuum with an integral pump, measures pressure with an internal sensor plus the mA loop signal, and supplies loop power, to calibrate pressure transmitters and instruments in the field. Its precision lives in the pump, the internal pressure sensor, and the mA measurement/source circuit.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates the Fluke 718 for process and instrument-calibration technicians.
Common Fluke 718 problems we fix
- Pump / pressure-hold faults — a worn pump or seals that stop it generating or holding pressure, serviced.
- Pressure-measurement / psi-accuracy faults — the internal sensor drifting, recalibrated against standards.
- mA source/measure faults — the loop measurement or source drifting, recalibrated.
- Over-pressure damage — sensor damage from an over-range event, assessed and repaired.
- Display or battery faults.
FAQs
My 718 won’t build or hold pressure — fixable? Yes. Pump and sensor faults are repairable and recalibrated against our reference standards so pressure and mA are accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Is the full range verified? Yes — pressure and mA are checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or request service.

Andy Anderson –
Our Fluke 718 pressure calibrator stopped holding pressure. June Company have repaired our Fluke network testers and multimeters for the last couple of years, so we started the process of getting it repaired. Very seamless process and they had the parts in stock making it quicker to get the pressure calibrator back. Happy working with Mike, thanks
