Description
Fluke 729-30G Automatic Pressure Calibrator Repair
The Fluke 729-30G is an automatic pressure calibrator — it generates and automatically regulates pressure to a setpoint with an internal pump (30 psi/g range), measures pressure and the mA loop signal, and documents results, to calibrate pressure transmitters in the field. Its precision lives in the internal pump and control, the pressure sensor, and the mA circuit, which is where service and calibration focus.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates the Fluke 729-30G for process and instrument-calibration technicians.
Common Fluke 729-30G problems we fix
- Display faults — a blank, dim, or unresponsive display, repaired.
- Electrical-measurement faults — the mA loop measurement reading wrong, recalibrated against standards.
- Pump / auto-regulation faults — won’t build or automatically hold the setpoint, the pump and control repaired.
- Pressure-sensor drift — the internal sensor drifting, recalibrated.
- Pneumatic / leak or battery faults.
FAQs
My 729-30G display or mA reading is off — fixable? Yes. Display, measurement, and pump faults are repairable and recalibrated against our reference standards so pressure and mA are accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Is the full range verified? Yes — pressure and mA are checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or request service.
