Description
Fluke 709H Loop Calibrator Repair
The Fluke 709H is a precision loop calibrator with HART communication — it sources, simulates, and measures 4–20 mA loops (with loop power) and communicates basic HART, to calibrate and troubleshoot process transmitters and loops. Its accuracy depends on the mA source/measure circuitry and the HART interface, which is where service and calibration focus.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates the Fluke 709H for process and instrumentation technicians.
Common Fluke 709H problems we fix
- mA simulation / source faults — the simulate or source function not driving the loop correctly, repaired and recalibrated.
- HART-communication faults — the HART interface not communicating with transmitters, repaired.
- Measurement out of spec — the mA measurement drifting, recalibrated against standards.
- Display or knob faults — the display or quick-set control, repaired.
- Battery or terminal faults.
FAQs
My 709H mA or HART is off — fixable? Yes. Source/measure and HART faults are repairable, then the calibrator is recalibrated so its mA output and measurement are accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Is the source verified? Yes — source and measure are checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or request service.
