Description
Fluke Norma 4000 Power Analyzer Repair
The Fluke Norma 4000 is a precision power analyzer — a multi-channel instrument that measures voltage, current, power, efficiency, and harmonics with high accuracy and wide bandwidth for power-electronics, motor-drive, and efficiency testing. As a precision power-measurement instrument, its faults concentrate in the input channels, the current/voltage measurement front-ends, and the ADC/measurement system.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates the Fluke Norma 4000 for power-electronics and efficiency test teams.
Common Fluke Norma 4000 problems we fix
- Transient-capture / flicker measurement faults — the analysis functions returning wrong results from a measurement fault, repaired and recalibrated.
- Input-circuit restoration — a voltage or current input damaged by an over-range event, repaired.
- Current-measurement drift — current-input drift, recalibrated against standards.
- A channel dead — per-channel faults, repaired.
- Communication or display faults.
FAQs
One of my Norma 4000 channels reads wrong — fixable? Yes. Input and measurement faults are repairable, then channels are recalibrated so voltage, current, and power are accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Are all channels verified? Yes — each input is checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or request service.

Lou Dennison –
Our Fluke Norma power analyzer display died. Everything else worked fine except the display. Finally, we had to send it in for repair and found June Company. They very quickly sent us a service request form. I sent it in with the Norma analyzer for evaluation. I received a quotation again very quickly again. I then approved the repair and the repair process itself was also performed very quickly, and I received the analyzer within a week after the approval.
