NetScout LRAT-1000 Cable/Network Tester Repair
The NetScout LRAT-1000 (the LinkRunner AT line, which has been sold under Fluke Networks, NetScout, and NetAlly) is a handheld network connectivity and cable tester that verifies copper and fiber links, tests cabling, and confirms Ethernet connectivity (link speed, PoE, switch/port discovery). As a field-carried tester, its faults concentrate in the network test ports, the fiber/SFP interface, the touchscreen, and the battery.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates the NetScout LRAT-1000 for network installers, IT technicians, and low-voltage contractors.
Common NetScout LRAT-1000 problems we fix

- Tone-generation / cable-test faults — the tone generator or cabling tests not working, repaired and verified.
- Connectivity / link faults — the unit not linking or discovering the network, repaired.
- Touchscreen faults — an unresponsive or cracked touchscreen, repaired.
- Won’t power on or hold a charge — battery/power faults.
