Description
Fluke 719 Pro Pressure Calibrator Repair
The Fluke 719 Pro is an electric pressure calibrator with a built-in motorized pump — it generates and fine-adjusts pressure electrically (no hand pumping), measures pressure and the mA loop signal, and supplies loop power, to calibrate pressure transmitters and switches in the field. Its precision lives in the motorized pump and fine-adjust, the internal pressure sensor, and the mA circuit, which is where service and calibration focus.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates the Fluke 719 Pro for process and instrument-calibration technicians.
Common Fluke 719 Pro problems we fix
- Motorized-pump faults — the electric pump not building, fine-adjusting, or holding pressure, serviced.
- Pressure-sensor drift — the internal sensor drifting out of spec, recalibrated against standards.
- mA source/measure faults — the loop measurement or source drifting, recalibrated.
- Pneumatic / leak faults — leaks that stop it holding pressure, repaired.
- Display or battery faults.
FAQs
My 719 Pro pump won’t build or hold pressure — fixable? Yes. Motorized-pump and sensor faults are repairable, then the calibrator is recalibrated so pressure and mA are accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Is the full range verified? Yes — pressure and mA are checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or request service.

Our 719Pro pressure calibrator would not keep air in the chamber, making it impossible for pneumatic calibration. Used June Company to repair and calibrate the calibrator, and we needed it rushed. They did a superb job repairing, calibrating (with certification), and sending it back quickly. All in all happy with the service.
