Description
Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator Repair
The Fluke 729FC is an automatic pressure calibrator with Fluke Connect — it generates and automatically regulates pressure to a setpoint with an internal pump, measures pressure and the mA loop signal, documents results, and shares data wirelessly, to calibrate pressure transmitters in the field. Its precision lives in the internal pump and auto-regulation, the pressure sensor, the mA circuit, and the wireless module.
FlukeMeterRepair.com repairs and calibrates the Fluke 729FC for process and instrument-calibration technicians.
Common Fluke 729FC problems we fix
- Pump rebuild — a worn pump that won’t build or hold the setpoint pressure, rebuilt.
- Pressure-sensor recalibration — the internal sensor drifting out of spec, recalibrated against standards.
- Pneumatic seal replacement — worn seals or fittings that stop it holding pressure, replaced.
- Fluke Connect / mA faults — wireless sharing or the loop measurement not working, repaired and recalibrated.
- Display or battery faults.
FAQs
My 729FC won’t hold pressure or share data — fixable? Yes. Pump, sensor, and wireless faults are repairable, then the calibrator is recalibrated so pressure and mA are accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Is the full range verified? Yes — pressure and mA are checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or request service.

Geraldo Dominguez –
We have a Fluke 729FC pressure calibrator, and we use it for the plant on a weekly basis. The display went black for some reason, and we could not get it to come back. We found June Company and sent in for evaluation. They were prompt and thorough with the evaluation, and it was approved quickly. The calibrator was repaired and returned within a week.
