The Fluke 190-504 is a rugged, isolated handheld ScopeMeter — a 500 MHz four-channel portable scope (190 II series), the top of the line, with independently floating, isolated inputs for demanding field troubleshooting on power, motor-drive, and electronic systems. As a field-carried instrument, its faults concentrate in the isolated input front-ends, the display, and the battery/power section.
